No, you can book in with us directly. If you’re coming through WorkCover, NDIS or a GP care plan, bring any relevant paperwork and we’ll guide you through the rest.

Depending on appointment type, most initial appointments in clinic are $115 and follow up sessions $110 before private health rebates. Home Visit and WorkCover prices vary, get in touch to discuss.

We do not Bulk Bill care plans. At the end of your session you will pay the full session fee and we will process your Medicare patient claim and you will receive a benefit of $63.40 back into your nominated account.

Yes, telehealth appointments are a convenient option for advice, exercise progression and follow-ups when getting to the clinic isn’t practical.

Yes. We provide home visit physiotherapy across the region — particularly helpful for aged care, post-operative recovery, or anyone who finds getting to the clinic difficult.

Please bring any relevant scans, referral letters, WorkCover information or reports, along with comfortable clothing suitable for movement and assessment.

We’ll chat about your history and goals, assess how you’re moving, explain what we’re finding in plain terms, and start you on a clear, practical plan — often including some hands-on treatment on the day.

Appointment times vary depending on the type of consultation and individual needs. Initial appointments are usually slightly longer (45mins) and shorter appointments (30mins) for follow up sessions.

Comfortable clothing you can move in is ideal. Depending on the area we’re assessing, loose shorts or a singlet can help — but don’t worry, we’ll always make sure you’re comfortable.

We work with private health funds, WorkCover and we support NDIS and Aged Care (Support at Home) clients. Get in touch and we’ll talk through what applies to you.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances arise and will always consider these situations individually and with compassion. Full fee applies for non-attendance to scheduled appointments.
